How to create Smart Form based on different objectives

Smart Form can be used for different intentions depending on your business objective. Some of them include:

1. Conducting Survey

Business owners can create a customer satisfaction form or a survey/ questionnaire form. You have the option to either issue points/rewards or both to your members who have completed the survey.

Steps:

  1. Settings > Smart Form > Create
  2. Name your form > Input amount of Point Earning (if applicable)*/ Issue Rewards (select from dropdown list, if applicable)**                                                                                      
  3. *If you wish to issue your customers points after they have completed the survey, you can input the points value under Point Earning tab.

    ** If you wish to issue rewards to your customers after they have completed the survey, you can select the rewards from the dropdown list. However, please ensure that you have first created your rewards under the Rewards section prior to this; Creating Rewards(Please select the reward type to be  Hidden  for this feature)

  4. You may include a Thank You message or Thank you Url if desired.  Click Save after you are done.
  5. Creating the survey questions:
  • Create > Select Type > Name the question > Description (If you would like to further elaborate your question) > Sorting (The sequence of your questions) > Decide if the question should be a required field

2. Collecting Payment

Business owners may create a form to allow their members to make purchases of points or it can also be used for membership renewals.

Steps:

  1. Settings > Smart Form
  2. Name your form > Input amount of Point Earning > Input Payment Amount > Ensure the Payment Required is Yes > Save
  3. Create > Select Type > Name the field > Click Save

3. Encourage Member's Points Usage

Business owners may create a form as a way to promote awareness of new products, and at the same time encouraging members to use their points for redemptions.

  • Members get priority access to new products’ pre-sales by completing the form with X points used.
  • Members get to redeem the reward with X points lower than usual points needed after completing the form.

Steps:

  1. Settings > Smart Form
  2. Name your form > Input amount of Point Use > Click Save
  3. Create > Select Type > Name the field > Input descriptions (if any) > Click Save

Types:

  • Text - Words and texts (no limitations on characters)
  • Date - Can be used if you wish to collect member’s birthday/ anniversary date, etc

  • Yes/No - A tick box will be displayed and if the customer agrees to the question, the box will be ticked

  • Single choice - Dropdown list

  • Multiple choice

  • Nps - A rating scale from 1 (Not at all) to 10 (Absolutely)

  • Rating - You may choose a 5-scale or 10-scale rating

Last but not least, the most crucial part for any business will be to collect the customer’s feedback and analyse the results in order to further improve their service and product quality. You will be able to view your customers’ submissions by following the steps below.

  1. Click on the “Eye icon”
  2. Filter the dates based on your own preference and click Search
  3. You can also export the results to a CSV file for your own record keeping .
