What is Store Card?

Store card is an additional feature that enables retailer/business owner to create packages into a paid digital card so members can purchase and redeem multiple times. This is useful especially for business in the Entertainment, F&B, Hotel and Tourism industry.

What you need to know when creating Store Card in Backend Admin

  1. Create Category and store card details
  2. Create packages
  3. Create Item

You may now issue a Store Card to a specific member (eg. for service recovery purposes, event purposes, etc) by following the steps below:

Steps:

1. Search for the member's profile based on Name, Email, Phone or Membership No.

2. Click into the member's name and then click "More"

3. Click on Store Cards tab and then select the desired store card package to be sent to the member.
