Backoffice - Setup Web App

Web App is an internet-enabled application that is accessible via a device's web browser (Eg. Safari, Google Chrome). A web url link will be provided via SMS/email when a consumer completes E-Voucher purchase successfully.

To setup your individual WebApp appearances and accessibility for a better consumer's experience, you may follow the step by step guide below.

Uploading Business Logo

Step 1: Log in to https://cxm.eber.co/signin

Step 2: Select “Channel” from left panel > WebApp

Step 3: Click “Edit” on top right corner


Step 4: Upload your business logo (image specifications: 512 pixel X 512 pixel) and hit Save


Editing WebApp Menu

Step 1: Log in to https://cxm.eber.co/signin

Step 2: Select “Channel” from left panel > WebApp - Menu


Step 3: Click on the pen icon to edit your WebApp Menu Title, Link Data and hit Save


Uploading WebApp Background Image

Step 1: Select Theme from the tab

Step 2:  Search Background Image > Upload portrait background image (image specifications: 640 pixel X 2000 pixel) and hit Save

**note: For landscape image, any reasonable specifications is appropriate as the image will be displayed repetitively
