Backoffice - Reports

You can view detailed reports of your E-Vouchers according to total no. that were sold and used; overview by stores, and summaries and payments of E-Vouchers. To get started, check out the step by step guide below:

Step 1: Log in to https://cxm.eber.co/signin

Step 2: On the Eber City page, scroll down and click on Reports. 

Step 3: You will be redirected to the Analytics page and under the Gift Cards section, you can view the available E-Voucher reports.

Step 4: Alternatively, you may click on the quick links on the main page to view the reports.
