Businesses are able to create different membership tiers in efforts to divide their members according to the amount spent or points earned. Please refer to the steps below to create your membership tier.
Step 1: Playbooks > Membership > + Add New Tier
Step 2: Under the General Tab > Upload Member Card image > Card type is Standard by default > Name the Member Tier (eg. Basic/ Silver/ Gold)
Step 3: Set the Status to Active to make this membership tier available
Step 4: If your membership has an expiry date, please indicate the duration of the membership validity. Then, proceed to Save
Step 5: Under the Loyalty and Reward tab > If you want your members to earn multiples of points, please indicate this in the Point Multiple column
Step 6: If you would like your members' points to have a Rolling Expiry option, please indicate under "Unused Points will expire after X days" under Expiry Point column
Step 7: Reward your new members with initial points or include a Welcome Reward (optional). Refer here to create reward.
Step 8: Reward your existing members who renew their membership with points, vouchers or even store card packages.
Step 9: Fill in the Birthday section accordingly if you wish to reward your members during their birthday. You can choose to reward them with Birthday Points and trigger it X days before their birthday/ birthday month.
Step 10: Proceed to Save
* You may repeat the above steps to create different membership tiers.
