Member information and data fields

You may like to have information from a member during or after signup. We have a list for standard data fields that is ready for your use.

• Phone*
• Email*
• Salutation
• Name, First Name, Last name
• Birthday (Day/Month/Year)
• Gender
• Address
• Country
• State
• City
• Postal code
• Nationality

*Either one of these field is a must from member. Duplicate entry will be restricted.

You can add additional custom field depending on your subscription plan. The field type available are:

• Single line text field
• Multi lines text field
• Options with single choice
• Options with multiple choice
• Answer with yes or no
• Date selection

You may set the questions to be shown on StoreApp or/and WebApp

To edit or add on  question click on setting > member > data fields
