      Setup StoreApp Tablet and Redeeming E-Vouchers

      Eber StoreApp is a native tablet App that enables restaurants, bars, retail establishments to perform the #savehkfnb E-Vouchers redemption at the physical stores.

      Compatible Hardware Devices 

      • iOS: iPads only 
      • Android: Android Tablets, Android Smartphones 

      ***Please ensure the operating system on your device is updated to the latest version

      Download the Eber StoreApp 

      Now that you have downloaded the Eber StoreApp, proceed signing in with your email address and password. 


      Step 1: Operation staff login to the Eber StoreApp


      Step 2: Select Store location > Save >  'Home', select 'Start Operation'


      Step 3: Tap "Redeem" on-screen to scan E-Voucher QR (Customer to flash E-Voucher QR)


      Step 4: Select the E-Voucher > 'Use' > Use All > Confirm


      Step 5: Enter staff passcode > complete E-Voucher redemption

      The E-Voucher has been successfully redeemed.
