StoreApp must be connected to the internet in order to perform any member operations. This is due to the fact that all data are stored on the cloud and member details including their points are stored centrally. Once member redeem and use their points, they cannot use them on another store location.
If connection is disrupted, it will indicated on the operations cover. Please try to connect it to the internet again.
You may like to get a tablet that support SIM card or a portable wifi adaptor for connectivity if you does not have the internet connection in your store outlet.
