Upload and Manage Profile Photo

Members may change their profile picture from time to time by accessing to their member WebApp. Once on the WebApp, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on the Profile Icon to access the profile page

Step 2: Click on the blank icon on the top right corner

Step 3: Upload the image

Business owner may set certain profile photo criteria for their members in the Eber Business admin.

To do this, go to Settings>Members>Data Fields>Profile Photo

The available options are

  • Required - Members are required to upload their profile picture
  • Do not allow change of photo - Once a profile picture is uploaded, members are unable to change it
  • Skip headshot check - this gives members the flexibility of uploading images other than their profile picture

Business owner can also customise a message to their members when they have yet to upload a profile picture or image in the Message for Missing Profile Photo box.
