How to Void Spending/ Transaction

If you accidentally input a wrong transaction amount, you will be able to void this spending or transaction easily.

1. Go to Consumers

2. Search for the specific member using mobile number/ email address/ name/ member ID

4. On the right panel, click on More

5. Under Loyalty tab, you will see the member's Transactions > Click on Void to cancel a specific transaction

6. After you click on Void, a pop up will be prompted. Click on Yes, void it! and it is completed.

How to Adjust Points/ Earn Points

You can manually adjust (add or deduct) points from the XM Backend admin:

1. Go to Consumers

2. Search for the specific member using mobile number/ email address/ name/ member ID

3. Click on the View icon Screen Shot 2021-03-03 at 9.31.29 AM

4. On the right panel, click on More

5. Under Loyalty tab, click on +Add button

6. A pop up will be prompted, you can select Adjust Points/ Earn Points from the dropdown menu. **Adjust Points allow for addition/ deduction of points; while Earn Points is specifically used to record down a transaction

7a. If you choose Adjust Points, you can choose to Add/ Deduct from the dropdown menu > Include a remark under Note if needed/ Tick on the checkbox if you wish to Notify the member for the adjustment of points > Submit

7b. If you choose Earn Points, you need to key in the Amount Spent, Transaction Date, Reference ID > Include a remark under Note if needed/ Tick on the checkbox if you wish to Notify the member > Submit
